Amid a whirlwind of success, Todd’s brand was rapidly expanding in multiple directions, with each day presenting a new role: one day celebrating his induction into the Rugby Hall of Fame, the next advising USA Rugby’s operations, and later rallying donors to fuel his youth-focused mission.
In this fast-paced environment, Outward Agency was brought in to serve as a strategic "air traffic control," helping to navigate and organize the complex brand landscape.
We aligned content that highlighted Todd as an athlete, shaped strategies that advanced the Foundation’s mission, and crafted a forward-looking roadmap for continuing to make an impact on and off the field.
