Training Group is the modern community/brand response to the overly predictable fitness industry. This is an invite-only, all-out hour of “the hardest workout of your week.”
Whether it’s athletic background, neighborhood, occupation, or culture, Training Group is intentionally built each week to reflect a mix rarely seen in mainstream fitness. Through thoughtful imagery and film, it came to life online—but in a private, exclusive, “not for everyone” way.
